We received a "business" letter in the mail. "Price Increase to your properties home warranty effective July 1, 2024. After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your property". "Please call us so we can hold your contract at the lowest program rates".

We do not have a national insurance company. Any correspondence we receive is local. I am fairly certain this is a scam.
