I ordered a product that was free just pay for shipping. I Received a confirmation email. That was it I haven’t heard anything from customer service. Online scam for 7.97

The offer was free just pay shipping. Several in the comments said they ordered it and the response from the company was that it was sent from here in the US. I received an email confirmation and nothing else. No item ever arrived. Tracking does not work and no one answers emails. Tried calling and it Google number that is Neverending answered along with calls never returned.
