Does anyone have the recourses to hire a private investigator against these scammers? We can also build a lawsuit as well, and receive compensation for all the damages they brought to us.

share the facebook link to the chat, also everyone report this company and what they are doing to your local police authorities. You do not know what other illegal actions the packages may have came from so I do not suggest keeping them but rather turning them in for investigation.

ATTN EVERYONE: They have your information, I suggest you all to do something to protect yourself.

1. Your license or ID - Replace your id number at your local licensing office.
2. Put a freeze on your credit on all 3 credit bureaus - Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
3. Create a my Social Security account to help you keep track of your records and identify any suspicious activity. https://www.ssa.gov/fraud/

Worked for the company for two weeks before I started to suspect that it was a fishy company. Numbers that are always busy, packages being sent using my address on the shipping label, a lot of out of pocket expenses and gas. Fortunately it was only two weeks and I am employed so I am not as upset as I am about not getting paid as I am about being lied to and phone ringing a million times once a package was received.

If you shipped a package recently, call the shipping carrier and ask for it to return to address it was sent from. We're not going to get paid, so you might as well get some free items lol.

Hi I would like to join in and do something but first I think we need to start a group will all of us like on Facebook.. Then we can video chat are message each other and share all the info we collected such as a copy of the letter when the people name on it that we had to use to pick packages up from Walgreen or USPS. You never know since we gave a copy of our ID someone could be picking packages up with a letter with our face on it.. I had called my local Post office and told them and they said that it was a cyber crime which mean FBI has to get in it and you will have to go to Ic3.gov..

I started working for the company 10/14/21 and was told I would have to work a month and I would receive my first so called fake check a month later plus a extra $40 for each package that was shipped out the same day. I received the packages until 11/13/2021 I tried contacting someone because I was told two days prior that someone from accounting would be contacting me about my pay and give me the copy of my pay stubs. All the numbers say user busy when I tried to call and when I tried to log on to their dashboard 11/14/2021 I was not able too. I was able to go back on my indeed and saw that the company changed their name to Business to Business internet and phone sales and I believed they also operating under another name Orient Oversees my cousin has the same exact dashboard as evergreen and she said when she spoke to
Someone they all had accents.

I applied for EverGreen USA on Indeed about a month ago. Had a phone interview a few days later and got the job immediately.I sent out 3 packages for them & found out shortly after that the entire company is a scam . I tried calling and emailing but I never heard back from anyone. In fact the only time Ive ever spoken to anyone from this company directly was when I was initially hired and when they were telling me to pick up a VIP package. I was supposed to be paid on Nov 26. So far they owe me almost 2k. Since finding out that this is a scam , I decided to keep the rest the packages i have left in my possession ?
