Exactly the same as previous scammed individuals reporting. Ordered a product via a facebook advertisement end of November for $29.99. Confirmation that they received the order and were getting it ready to ship. No product or follow up. Contacted the “contact us” using the link in the email 3 times with no response. Used the customer service email [email protected] with no response. New Year’s Eve a second email from Simple Gift for a second order I didn’t place simply stating “join” for $89.99 charge. Business address given on their website is a parking garage attached to a medical complex in Houston Texas. Credit card company tells me that the charge is reflected as “Lux” company which is no where on the website or in the confirmation emails. They gave me a contact number for a company that is listed on the transaction as Banly at 786-652-4917. Line is always busy and shows up as Manhattan Florida. Forced to open up a new credit account and probably eat the $120.
