I ordered clothing that was on sale and everything seemed fine. I received a confirmation email with tracking info and realized at that point that the items were coming from China. After 3 weeks, the tracking said it was delivered but I had not received the package. I contacted customer service and they said they would track the package. After a couple of days they said that the package had been lost by the post office and offered to re-send the items. I received a new tracking number. After the 25 days of shipment, it also said it was delivered but I hadn't received the package once again. They tracked it and said that the post office had lost it due to a high volume of packages. At this point, I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money which they agreed to do but have not done for more than one month. I have also filed a disputed with my credit card company for this charge. I can forward the order confirmation and my email correspondence with customer service if needed. I realize I may not be able to recover the money, but I would like this website to be investigated and possibly shut down if appropriate so that other customers will not be put through this ordeal.
