The website provided home decor products. I purchased the product and paid on my credit card. The payment went through and after 2 months of not receiving my product I contacted the company via email and they responded with an automated response with a 24-48 hour noticed. After 4 months, I got a responses that states a refund is underway and now we are 4 weeks in with no refund.
