i saw a nice advertisement for some extra large hoodies, and they were on sale so i got two. the website says it ships in 3-5 days. 3 weeks after not getting any emails other then the initial order confirmation i tried using the "track order" option in the email but it sends me to a website that isnt working anymore. so i find the website that i bought them from, and directly type in my email into their order tracker. but nothing happens. so i use my phone number from the order. and nothing happens. theres an option to use your order number but iv check the order confirmation email and they didnt provide me with an order # so i just cant track my order. i contacted them via Email and social media. they only responded on instagram. they apologized for the wait and said there was an "unexpected" large amount of orders and that they will start making my hoodie then. I see them continue to post advertisements and their product is still listed as being on sale. i haven't heard from them since. i looked up reviews and there are some reddit posts of people having the same experience as me
