I am extremely disappointed with this company's deceptive practices regarding their return policy. I returned a face mask over three months ago, and despite their promise to process my refund, I have yet to receive a single penny back. The company initially seemed cooperative, assuring me that my refund would be processed promptly. However, as weeks turned into months, it became clear that their words were empty promises. Multiple follow-up emails have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. What's even more alarming is that I've discovered I'm not alone in this situation. Numerous other customers have reported similar experiences, suggesting this is a systemic issue rather than an isolated incident. It appears the company has a pattern of accepting returns but failing to process refunds, essentially scamming customers out of their money. Their return policy is nothing short of a bait-and-switch tactic. They lure customers in with the promise of easy returns, only to keep the money and ignore refund requests. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable for any business. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company at all costs. Their products may seem appealing, but the risk of losing your money in their fraudulent return process is not worth it.
