Non-functioning lounge chair.

I bought a lounge chair with cushion. It was heavy and arrived non functioning. I called the company and told that it was not working and they needed to have UPS or whoever pick it up. They could also send a label as I don’t have a printer . They never came, then several weeks later I called again and was told that I had had it 30 days and nothing could be done about it. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. No company of worth conducts business this way. They sell inferior products at big prices. I’m stuck with something that probably can’t be recycled.

I discovered that this website - Every Market - has stolen my handmade item's listing from my website. They used my photos and description to sell my one of a kind hand made hats. They are charging $40 more than I do! They are offering 2 day shipping on an item I require 3 weeks to make. They copied my description which clearly states I need 3 weeks to make the hat.

I have sold on Etsy and my own website for over 10 years. This is a complete scam and theft of my work. Please prosecute this website.
