Unfortunately I paid the full $550 for the puppy when they sent me videos of puppies playing around a pool with kids, and videos of the parents. They evidently ripped these off from another website. When I tried to get shipping confirmation, I received the e-mail from the pet insurance place listed above - https://stnpetnanny.com/ - wanting a $1000 in pet insurance before they would ship the puppy.

This is a total scam - please BEWARE and don't fall for their fancy website. I should have known better when they didn't take Paypal as well. There is no buyer recourse using a Zelle payment through your bank.

I am a older guy looking for a dog for company and got taking by the same ad on the internet,inquired via website about a particular puppy through inquire link.website was extremely detailed and convincing reason why a phone # wasn't listed etc.testimonials, bio with legitimate shipping company names etc. Original email was grammatically correct and well written inquiring about previous pet experience, information about our home etc. Replied within 24 hours that the family decided we were a great fit for this puppy and outlined the process offering free shipping, because of 3 coupons from pet cargo carriers because he uses so often. Requested i make the payment via zelle. I paid like a fool and I am not an easy person to be fooled but i had a bad feeling about it because of the free flight and no telephone number, but i guess you learn everyday. never again. but the website still running on the internet we have to stop it some how.

Thanks for your feedback because I stumbled across their various Labrador breeder site. They had emailed me with the same questions as they had asked others.They stated that if I purchased soon I would qualify for a free shipping coupon...Oh sure ? I was about to respond to their email when my sister found this website with these reviews ? I think that these people should be investigated and arrested immediately...Thank you sooo much!

I almost purchased from https://yourslabradorhome.com and thank god I stumbled across this site before purchasing. I insisted on getting a purchase agreement before paying. But, I did notice in the videos sent that one video had an American family playing with the puppy by a pool and when I asked to see the parents, a dark Latin woman was feeding treats to the dog. When I research the address 1400 Santa Fe Trail, Irving TX, 75063, there is no Pool. Zelle Banking Email: [email protected], Raymond Nem is also a ficticious name and not registered in Texas. I guess; I'm one of the lucky ones thanks to this site.

This is definitely a scam. The property address mentioned here belongs to us...we have had two different families come by in the last two months asking to see lab puppies.
Have informed authorities...but looks like this is still continuing...

Just searched the Property Appraiser for 1400 Santa Fe Trail, Irving TX, 75063 the name of the owners is: Srinath Tirumala Kumara, Ramamani Srinath. Googling the address and looking at the aerial, there does not seem to be enough space fore all of those dogs. THIS IS DEFINATELY A SCAM.

My husband and I were looking for a labrador puppy to adopt. We found this site and it seemed really sophisticated and they were offering labradors at a reasonable rate to good homes. After corresponding with them and offering background information about our experience with dogs and the home and place our puppy would be kept they accepted us to buy the puppy. The puppy would be sent via air cargo with a free voucher for flight. We were told to send our $550 via Google Pay to:[email protected] After 3 unsuccessful tries for the payment to go through (should have been a "red flag" to us) we emailed back for another payment method and the man said we could pay via Zelle Pay to his son's account: [email protected]. Unfortunately that payment went through. After paying them I investigated a little more and found out they were a TOTAL SCAM. I should have been more thorough but was really excited to be getting a new puppy and I completely fell for the whole thing!

Scam! Was looking at getting “Jack” from them. I was lucky when I went to transfer the money it wouldn’t let’s me. But 3 months later “Jack” is still on their website.

My wife found Jack as well just the other day, August 24, 2020 and contacted them with my contact information. They emailed the same email but since I've seen news stories about this type of scam I questioned them in my reply and all of my questions went unanswered but they did give Zelle information LOL.. I saw scam the minute I opened the email now I am strining them along playing their game right back at them.

Why is it always Indian's who think up these scams? No phone number because they know if you call and hear their voice to jig is up.

Sickening how [censored] will prey on good people only looking for a companion.

I currently have a Black Lab and got him from a legit rescue, I would never think of buying any dog site unseen especially when there are so many rescues out there that need quality adoptors.

Thank God I watch the news and saw this similar scam :-(

I reported this “ labrador breeder” “ Eric” to FBI, FTC, local police.
We also transferred 550$ through zelle on June 26 , told he was working on the shipping then he e mailed from a different e mail account asking for additional payment for pet insurance.
It is disturbing to me that his website is still up and running.

I contacted the seller after reading through their entire site which seemed very professional. The seller responded giving me what seemed to be good and honest information. They communicated all the details clearly. I purchased the puppy using zelle which I had never used before. I was told I would receive one of the three free shipping coupons" they had available from the shipping company they work with. After the purchase went through I was told he would begging flight paperwork the next day, Monday, June 20 and I choose for the puppy to be shipped Wednesday, July 22nd. On the evening of July 21st I still had not received shipping information. I began to check the website again and that's when I noticed others had reported this company as a scamming web site. Since we used zelle the money cannot be disputed. We lost $550 in this whole process. We learned a big lesson through all of this.

Email payment was received would be approximately 24 hours. Inquired which day i would prefer mon, wed, Friday and i advised Friday the 17th. Received the change of ownership form he requested i sign along with health check record. Received email from the shipping company which stated in order to get through the gate on the plane i needed to pay $970.00 within 2 hours or he would miss the flight. I contacted the "cargo carrier" he answered the North Carolina phone number hello 2 out of 3 calls. I pressed him and emailed the seller that he didnt disclose this and would need to pay it. He emailed me that he was able to borrow 300 from a friend which he typed broken english. I called the cargo company and he advised the payment 300 was made and he could get him on board for 500 REFUNDABLE i called him out that i knew it was a scam and that he wasn't keeping up working multiple gmail accounts and discrepancies etc. Was the seller going to pick the puppy up and he told me he was going to be dropped off at a pound. I requested a supervisor knowing it was bogus he was talking so fast and Indian i wasn't able to understand him at all.
