I ordered 1 product from this company and they claim that I ordered 2 products. I have a picture of my original order that shows that I ordered 1 product. I emailed them immediately to correct the error and cancel the second order and refund the charge back to my credit card. This company deals with a subscription and I told them I want to cancel my subscription, they sent me instructions on how I can cancel. Unfortunately after following their instructions to cancel, they said to wait 15 days after trying the product before I cancel. I haven’t received this order yet, by the time I receive it and wait 15 days they will probably send and bill me for the next shipment. It’s definitely a scam, canceling a subscription should go through immediately. Thank you for taking the time to review this company’s shady practices.
