He described himself as a licensed professional plumber in a union UA local 81. The replaced some pvc pipes to prevent them from leaking in the future however after he left I had leaks. He came back three times each time saying the leak wasn’t his doing He never cleaned up and stained my floors with PVC purple epoxy
