I hired this eviction company to assist with evicting a back unit tenant for a listing. I am a Real Estate agent. This company took my money and it has been 3 months and no submission of eviction or paperwork was submission. Mike the owner/service person was just lying to me saying documents were submitted and I went to court myself verified and nothing was actually submitted or no notices was ever submitted. This has caused my seller to lose lots of money.
