Customer service doesnt respond after multiple (more than 4) requests for a refund as per their guarantee. Product is a scam (it claims to be a strobe light that will repel rodents and keep them out of crawlspaces and attics) and they don't stand behind it. No outreach or responses from evictor. There is no published phone number to call, only an email and a website form.
