I ordered evobars online through their website. I paid via Venmo. They then requested further funds for insurance (which should have been covered by the shipping company). I asked for a refund of my initial order since I did not agree to send the additional for the insurance. I requested a refund through Venmo as well. I cannot dispute in Venmo because I erroneously sent it via Family & Friends. The only ways to pay on their website is Zelle, Venmo or Apple pay. At the very bottom of the page, they have a Visa, Paypal, stripe, Mastercard & cash on delivery symbol. Their chat function also does not work. I have requested my funds back for over a month now. Our initial transaction was 3/10/24
