Christmas morning... nobody wants them. (and no charging cable included)
I contacted Technikwatch website on 12/27 to inform them I wanted to return them and
wanted my purchase price returned (minus S&H).
They replied with 2 emails.
First one basically said I bought special offer. (no instructions how to return)
2nd email (3 hours later) offered 45% refund. (no instructions how to return) I did not see this email
at the time.
Now I contacted them again (because today is 30 days from contact with them). They tell me
the 30 day window is up from purchase date.
BTW. when you call the number attached to emails, they tell you to call 3rd party "customer service
center". Could hardly understand the person on the other end. (maybe overseas call center ???)
Low integrity company. I would recommend to stay away
