I purchased a pull up bar in march from this company for $119 off of their instagram ad. It is August 20th and I have never received the product. I have repeatedly contacted the company for a refund but they have not refunded me. I have reported them to my Credit card company and I intend to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Here is the only email I received and no response since:

I understand how you feel because you haven’t received the order yet. We also know that it has been quite a while since it has been placed and we sincerely apologize for the delays.

Please understand that the delay was mainly because of limited personnel working because of the global pandemic as well as limited flights and deliveries. Also they are prioritizing medical equipment which also caused such delays.

We hope you understand that the delays were beyond our control and that we have sent your order as well. We are also following it up with the courier and they have assured us that orders will be delivered. If in case you have not received your order within 60 days after purchase, we will issue a refund or send a replacement on a faster shipping method free of charge.

We ask for your patience and understanding as we go through these trying times. We never want to leave a bad impression to our valued customers and we definitely didn’t want this delay to happen. Rest assured, we will make sure that you will receive your order.

I ordered a pull up bar and it did not come. Promised money back, did not arrive. It is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
