Initially contacted by another 'recruiter' Kerry Morgan ([email protected]), mentioning I was referred by someone for a position and asked to have my resume sent. 'The project lead ([email protected])' contacted to have another version of my resume.

He mentioned my resume is not loadable for their ATS, instructed me to use a resume review service optimizedresumes.com as soon as possible, because of pending discussion with a client, potential employer. Having been busy at work with existing employment commitment, I paid the fee ($99) to have this service. 'Graham' requested for a phone call; we set time. Right before the call, he sent an email, saying the deal fell through. I checked the ATS compatible resume sent back by the service company, realizing nothing had been changed, and also realizing this must have been a scam. (went online, did a search and found similar examples.)
