This company does not have an address and looks like they have been scamming people for years now. Jasmine Whitmore is the main person behind the scam or at least that’s the name used. The managers name being used is Jaida Murphy and this is who your supposed to Zelle the money to.Their company has different packages to invest in and depending on which one you choose is how much money you’ll be getting back. That never happens and when you ask for your money back they won’t give it to you even though their website excelfinancegroup.com says 100% money back guaranteed and full reimbursement if not satisfied. If you fall for this scam as I did call your bank and report it,if they get enough reports made the bank of the one getting our money might be able to start an investigation.

These people have a website excelfinancegroup.com that offers investment packages for a down payment, they took my money and claimed they would forfeiture the money since I didn't agree with sending them more money, they strung it along acting like they were really trying to resolve the problem, I asked for my money back repeatedly, they even sent a fake contract, they lied from the beginning saying that the funds were going to come from zelle then she said her manager had reached the zelle sending limit and now the only option was to do a cash pickup at Western Union, then they wanted more money for the cost of the transfer fees and said they couldn't do anything until the transfer fees were sent in full. Similar to the other complaints on ScamPulse.com is exactly what I went through. These people are fraud and are scamming people
