Puppy breeder via https://excelhavanesepupshome.com claimed to sell me a 10 week old Havanese puppy for $600. I spoke to the breeder on the phone several times asking questions about the puppy and other details to which they were actually able to answer. The payment was requested via Zelle. Once the puppy was purchased, I was directed to a pet travel website that I did not recognize. At this point, I did more research and realized that this whole enterprise was a scam. When I called again, I asked them to refund my money and they immediately hung up on me. When I called back, the phone number was disconnected.
