Type of a scam COVID-19
I was asked to fill out my name, address and provide a photo of my insurance card and/or photo ID. I took a photo of my ID and submitted it to that website. I was then asked to swab my nose for both a rapid and then a PCR test. The results for the rapid came back negative after only 3 minutes, which I found odd, since at-home rapid tests take at least 10 full minutes. I got emailed results negative in a day and a half. Today I saw this story (link below) and it got me extremely suspicious because it's nearly the exact same process followed in that story around the country, and I can't verify that Excel Labs even exists.

Please look into this and report to the news and police. These people are putting grandmas and other people at risk of DYING! They need to be prosecuted. I attached a picture of the card and the results with the phoney "rent some office space address" on it. I realize they were using the Center for Covid Control name, or still are in some places, but this is the exact same scam just without a name, or just Excel Labs. Please call me a few times if I do not answer the first time. Thank you
