Contacted Excel via website Excel mini and giant schnauzer home. Multiple email exchanges and I was told that for $700 I could purchase "Spencer" a liver mini schnauzer pup and receive him via air shipment tomorrow. The shipping company Trans Pet Ways then required additional money for a thermal electronic crate as well as additional shipping fees. Emailed the seller who is listed as Grace Anderson in Oklahoma City and requested a full refund, as I was not informed of additional fees. I have received no further emails and no refund of money which was sent through Zelle. I have attempted to contact the phone number 405-562-6129 multiple times and it simply rings and then says the phone is busy or out of service. I had initially attempted to look this business up on BBB, however there was nothing listed and I did not think to simply check the scam section. My family is now out $700 and my daughters are heartbroken that we will not be getting the puppy.
