THIS SAME COMPANY HAS BEEN CALLING ME SAYING THAT I OWE A DEBT TO A COMPANY BY THE NAME OF BANK & TRUST. HOWEVER I DON'T RECALL OWING THEM ANY MONEY. EVER SINCE DAY ONE A BLACK GUY NAMED MICHAEL HAS BEEN VERY RUDE AND ME LIKE A GOOD PERSON STARTING MAKING FAITHFUL PAYMENTS AT $75.00 A MONTH TO EXCEL RESOLUTION SERVICES. LAST MONTH EXCEL SAID I ONLY OWED FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER. WELL EXCEL TOOK 3 ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS OUT N SAID THAT THOSE WERE PAYMENTS FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTHS I MISSED BUT I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM. SO AFTER SPEAKING WITH THERE SUPERVISOR HE MADE A ONE TIME OFFER OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO BE PAID BY NOVEMBER 2, 2021. THE REASON WHY THEY LOWERED THE AMOUNT DOWN FROM $2300 DOLLARS TO $300 DOLLARS BECAUSE OF MICHAEL WAS CONSTANTLY CALLING AND MAKING THREATS TO SEND SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE TO ARREST ME FOR NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH.
HOWEVER AFTER READING THE OTHER COMPLAINTS PPL SAID ABOVE MAKES ME THINK IF I SEND THEM THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS TODAY WILL THIS CLEAR THE SUPPOSED TO BE OLD DEBT TO THAT BANK & TRUST COMPANY WILL THIS SATISFY THE MATTER OR WILL THEY YET BE HARASSING ME FOR MORE MONEY. I AM COMPLETELY LOST ON WHAT TO DO OR NOT DUE.

Lady calling me and family members from 951-269-4162 and other numbers saying I owe a debt that I have paid. They more than doubled what was owed and said I would be taken to court if I didn't start a payment plan. The amount was like up to $11k with legal fees. I called all the companies involved and they said that the debts I had with them have been paid and nobodh should be calling me trying to collect. Dirt bags...

Excel Resolution Services has left me messages that I owe some bank money. They’re very rude and threatening.

They call using countless numbers changed to your area code saying you owe and forcing you to set up a payment plan or they will take escalated measures. They call you 100 times a day and your family. They are terrible people who will not give up.

A lady called initially to verify that I was home to stating that I missed contact for a drop off for important legal documents and wanted address verification. And when I asked what she was referring to she gave me a number to call with a reference number and a gentleman Michael answered and stated I had an outstanding balance with “Bank” in the amount of over $1600 and then with the pending court fees of over $3500. He said he would talk with someone to stop the person from coming to my door with the paperwork and lower the amount owed if I could give him a few minutes. He put me on hold, and came back and said that it was taken care of. I asked for an email verification of what he was stating and he said that would take 30 mins or so to be sent to my e-mail address.

I called the “Bank” today to verify because this just didn’t make any sense to me. I couldn’t recollect any accounts in collection. After speaking with a Mgr at the bank, the account I had was closed in 2005, and it did have a balance owed but only $283.04 and she said that after this long (15/16 years) that I should not be getting any calls/debt collector contacting me. I was going through a rough time in my life and moved and the mail was never forwarded.
