So I received a pop up message "Urgent Do not Delete" that I had to handle immediately or my identity would be compromised. They said my computer had been hacked. Then I called the number they provided; if they could with my permission (which I gave them) they would scan my computer. They found things that needed to be removed. They charged $699 that would last a lifetime of preventing identity theft again.
