I bought a gazebo 16 x 12 online thru Facebook then it took me to this website called excellence. I emailed them for a refund and filed a claim thru PayPal and PayPal said they will not get my refund because they said the company shipped the item that only weighed 2 oz. and remember this is a 16 x 12 gazebo doing you think it weighs 2 Oz yea right. I WAS SCAMED
