I contacted the company from zip recruiter. I was told to open an account at Digital Federal Credit union. When I called the credit union I was advised it was highly likely this was a scam. I was told by the financial institution would deposit funds to fund office equipment :- time tracker, Apple Laptop, lase printer, Fellowes Micro shred, boom headset and that the company will cover complete office set up. The red flag is that the interviewer would send messages via teams at odd hours (very early or very late). I was sent via teams a pdf test for Principles of customer service. The English was that of British style English. The website seems legitimate.
