Ordered a queen quilt set $186 USD
Ordered August sept last year. Kept emailing and getting correspondance back from a Natalie Knapp. They were making out it was a genuine site being polite and saying it would be on it way. Then I was moving and told them and it hadn't arrived. I asked for a refund they told me I had to check with my bank to se if it had been done. They informed me nothing had been put in there. I called them back and was told they to check with process payment. Then when I tried to email them back a week or so later. The email response I got back was we are closed open mon to Friday. So after about 6month to emailing to a so natalie crapp oops sorry krapp. It was just one big scam. So please, please do not order from this site.

Never got the product neither a refund

I bought a pair of shoes in july 2021 and never got it. I contacted them few times , always promising me it would arrive soon. After six months , I asked for a refund few times always the same response, they will send my request to the devolution department, never got my refund! total scam!

I have been waiting a couple of months for my order and once I eventually cancelled the order as they constantly told me different dates of delivery and the items never showed up, I asked for a refund. They told me to wait 3-7 business days for my refund, I am now past that point and the money has still not been returned. Stay away from this company.

I have not received my order. Everytime I emailed them they gave me another excuse to why I have not received my order. I will be reversing the charges and reporting them asap.

They are actually IN MY OWN AREA CODE so I called twice. Hung up without answering both times. Then I checked scam sites. Pretty sure it's a scam. The English is not good on the site as well as some other stuff. That is often a sign, a badly written website.

This a very bad company dont even consider this a company they dont have a phone number to reach but only gmail! They dont even have their own website email they use gmail and reply you after hours of wait time. I asked them their number they gave me excuse of covid! What does phone number is related to covid ? It took 2 month for my order to arrive and I struggled to have a refund I was fed up!

I placed an order to which I had not received my order just to find multiple charges to my account. It wasn't a lot however it was a small amount and then another for the item. I tried reaching out however they gave me excuses and now ignoring me. I now have to take care of it with my bank. DO NOT ORDER from them!
