Purchase of 2 popmart items for a lower price than orininal listed items on popmart. Was tra king the items through a package tracking site for 3 weeks. I gave extra time because I knew it was coming from china or overseas. Item had daid delivere, I checked with my neighbors in case it went to their address no luck. I sent an email (July 7th 2025) to the company saying my products were never delivered and they said they would send more out. I waited again and finally emailed (August 14th 2025) them back demanding a refund. They said it would be 15 days before the refund would show. I waited again (September 7th 2025) and no refund they said there was a problem with the refund but would try again. Still have no recieved a refund at all.
