I just checked my bank account to verify a valid charge I made was processed. That is when I saw a charge, I never requested or made showing a deduction from my account of $89.95. I called the number tied to the charge and asked for an immediate refund since I never made the charge. When I called your "customer service" division / department, I was told that I would no longer be responsible for future charges, but the initial charge of $89.95 would remain. As I explained to the customer representative, that I had no knowledge of that initial charge and while I appreciate the removal of future charges, my intent was to remove the initial charge and prevent the charge from being processed. He indicated that the initial charge was stipulated in the terms and agreement as written in the website that I never visited.

On the website for that charge was a customer service link, that came back as bogus. My email to that bogus web address requested - Please remove both the initial $89.95 as well as any and all charges tied to me(***************** -***** ******).

Offered "free" products then proceeded to make charges to debit card. After contacting by phone, the company representative refused to return funds and insisted on offering a "voucher" for their website which would only result in further charges being repeatedly made. After relenting, the repesentative offered to refund 50% of the initial charge "because of a special exemption by the manager" without informing that despite this refund further charges would continue to apply.
