This is the local gym in my small town. They make it impossible to contact anyone in person or on the phone once they actually have your money and signed contract. None of their equipment works, the gym itself is filthy, and I believe they are not going to allow me out of my contract (since they make themselves so unavailable). I am not the only customer who have been victimized by their ethics. If there is any way to investigate them I think they are due for an evaluation.
