I just got a call a year after I ordered EXFOLIE serum. I got the product and believed it was a one time purchase. The person who called said I owe them money and that the card I provided didn't work. I looked back at my account from last October 2022 and saw the name of a company called Extraordinary You and a charge of $17.25 so I called them and they told me I was only charged for shipping and that I owe money for the product! This is a year after the fact! In the meantime, that card was compromised, so they couldn't charge me anything! They threatened me saying I'd get bad credit. I called the number back and got an answering machine! AVOID!

Scam
They charged me two different times one for $129.95 then again for $124.95. After I got the $129.95 charge, I called to cancel as I don't believe I had signed for that amount and did not think the product was worth it. I agreed to them taking half off so that I did not have to go through the hassle of further dealing with them on returns. Later on, I got the additional charge. They said it was a glitch. So, since I had talked to them about taking 50% off, they agreed to take off 50% from the second charge. It now seems to me that I am paying the whole amount after all. That is just their way to further defraud me and make it look like they worked with me on the credit but really didn't.

Their add was a 30 Day Risk Free trial and states, "Get your free bottle" but they charge the card used for the shipping on the 8th day from the date you ordered the product. This is in the terms, but if you try to cancel on the weekend there office is closed. So really you'd have to cancel the same day or the day after you ordered for this not to be charged to your card. I used a card I knew wouldn't accept the 129.95 charge incase they did what I thought they would do, so I didn't lose any money yet. But I answered yes below because they may still be able to charge my card in the future for this amount.
