I did a simple google search of yoga studios near me. Exhale Yoga of Manchester appeared in my search. According to Google as well as their Facebook and their website (exhalemanchester.com)- the studio was located at 201 Main St (in the Manchester Mill shoppes of alber location). To register, I had to pay online for a spot for the Saturday 9am class. Upon arriving at the listed address (address also matched that on my receipt for payment), it was a hair studio and there was no yoga studio at that location. I called the studio several times, text the phone number, and Facebook messaged the owner all without response until much after the class was to occur, she informed me she moved location and never updated her address anywhere. The owner processed my registration fee and lied about the location of where services could be rendered. I posted an honest review on her Facebook page of what happened and suggested she update her location so new students could actually get to take classes she was taking payment for teaching and not providing. I was then personally attacked by the owner and two of her male friends with name-calling and slander. Not only did this business collect money and not provide the service, but used cyber bullying when an honest review was published.
