The order process itself is fraudulent. After watching a long info video, I decided to buy six months of the product. Then a later offer gave nine months at an even better price, so I clicked on that, as well, thinking I was ordering nine, INSTEAD OF SIX. I got to the end and found I'd ordered both. I NEVER CLICKED ON "SUBMIT" after giving credit card info. There was no option to cancel at that point, so I backed out of the pages and started over to order six months' worth of product, which I did confirm. There was NO FINAL PAGE TO CHECK THE ORDER. THERE WAS NO WAY TO OPT OUT OF ANYTHING, ONCE ONE HAD CLICKED. Then I got THREE confirmation emails from the company and when I immediately contacted them to cancel the order they claimed (in the middle of the night) that it had already been shipped and it was too late. Now they're offering a deeper discount if I keep ALL the product rather than returning any of it.
