I received an email from "RH" with Exodus Elite Trucking in the midst of my job hunting. I did not think much of it since I put in so many applications that I couldn't keep track of where I sent them. This person claimed to pat $23.45 plus a 3% commission for invoices closed and it was a remote job. This sounded really good at first. I received a phone interview from a person named D E who spoke with a heavy accent. They asked if it was okay if I used my personal bank account for the first month until they can make me a company account, which threw mw off. I have never had a job ask this of me. They assured me my information would be safe. She asked me to download an app called Telegram to communicate on. She assigned me a tedious task to keep me busy and asked me to set up an account with a bank called Wise. She then proceeded to tell me to transfer $9,138 from an account to put the funds in my personal account. She told me it takes 1-2 business days and gave me the information of a bank account with an accounting and routing number. I have multiple screenshots of our conversations

This company contacted me about employment. I have no record of ever applying. They then interviewed and hired me. When I started looking into them, I was unable to find anything on them. They gave me a DOS number, but when I searched the new york data base the address on the DOS number, the address on my offer letter, and all other communications from this company did not match. I also noticed they had put on the offer letter i wouldn't get paid until I completed 30 days of work. When I called the number back with all of my concerns, the lady was trying to tell me their website was having problems; then when I asked about the discrepancy with the addresses, she hung up on me. Also worth mentioning is that when I questioned the 30 days of no pay, she said she was sure if I spoke with the HR Manager, I could get paid in 2 weeks, no problem.
