I went to the Exotic Furniture store on 11/28/2020 and put down $200.00 and was told my furniture will be delivered in three weeks before Christmas Eve. I called multiple times and 99% they never answer. When they finally answer they kept giving me a different day of the delivery. I finally called Via phone and text asking for my refund. They told me they will refund me for over a week, finally I got upset and left a bad review letting people know about the store the owner then text me and told me he will not refund me and thank me for the review. They ran my credit score for the 2,200.00 and 200.00 in my debit card with no furnitures.
