All Exotic pets including eggs getting shipped to family homes during this period is required to be insured by the owners as part of the new FDA Covid-19 regulations. So you are required to pay a refundable insurance fee of $370 to have your parrots insured and a special incubator required for your egg $40. The insurance fee shall be fully refunded upon delivery of the Cargo and the Special Incubator shall remain with the owner of the cargo (Bxxxxxx Sxxxx). This refundable Insurance cannot be waived as your cargo cannot be shipped unless insured hence you are required to make the insurance fee transfer available as soon as possible. (Within 30 minutes to not miss the available flight to your location today).

Soon as you have the transfer made(As early as possible), kindly E-mail us with a proof of transfer so we forward it to the team in-charge to immediately process the fees and have your cargo, insured, special crate provided and boarded for flight/delivery. We'll have the Refundable Insurance papers E-mailed to you once all is done and tracking status updated.
