Didn't receive my item, ignored my emails and messages

I ordered a turbo keychain and a t-shirt back in September. There were a lot of color options for the keychain, so of course I picked a cool one. But it doesn't make any sound...apparently only ONE specific color comes with sound. Still haven't received my shirt, and they haven't responded to my emails.

I still waiting on my keychain to be shipped from December 21st when I placed the order. I haven’t heard nothing from them just that order was placed. I would rather just cancel if I could.

Finally received my keychain and it’s broken. The light won’t shut off and the turbo sound doesn’t do anything. Junk

Same as the other person claimed. The piece is advertised and sold as "turbo keychain *WITH SOUND*". the product they are actually selling is a cheap version with no sound. Exotic Rubber does not reply to customer emails.

The advertisement indicated that this keychain has light and sound, and it does not. There are other sites that offer this same product with the light and sound. The product we received is a very cheap version but does not offer the lights or sounds.
