I went on exoticshihtzupuppyhome. com to purchase a shih tzu and zelled $1,114 for a 11 week old shih tzu. I was told the price would be $650, the $350 for transport and $65 for micro-chip. Once the dog was released for shipping, the shipping company S-N carriers demanded I pay for a special carrier for transport and that I would need to leave a deposit of $992 via zelle or pre-paid debit card. I told them I would put the deposit on a credit card and they refused to accept the deposit. They claim they will refund 98% of the deposit for crate rental but will only accept zelle. I refused to send more money since this is not what i agreed upon and now the seller will not refund me my money. I already paid $350 for transport and was never informed of the additional $992 charge. I told the seller I was no longer interested and they ignored my request for refund. I have all the emails from the seller and S-N-Carriers. I will gladly provide. I was hesitant to send the money but Damion Richardson provided a copy of his passport which convinced me that he was legit but he’s a liar and a thief.

I purchased a puppy from a breeder that said they were in Helena Montana, the puppy was to be shipped today, I paid the breeders through cash app as that’s what she took the price included the airfare microchip and health guarantee, They told me I would be notified from the carrier that was shipping the puppy with a tracking number. I was contacted this morning and told there was a $989 fee for a air conditioner crate. I contacted the breeder and stated I thought she provided the crate she said once the puppies purchased it becomes my responsibility.

The phone number I had for the breeder as an area code of 269 which is not Montana but Michigan, and the phone number of the carrier who called me was from New York. I asked the breeder to refund my money immediately, That was three hours ago no word from them
