Ordered products from this website. Said order confirmed and I would recieve updates and emails on the order. Got 0 updates and a package arrived 2 weeks later with 1/4 of the ordered items and semi-melted (had ordered insulator ice packs so it wouldnt melt). Reached out to business via email. 4 days and 2 emails got 0 response. 3rd email threatened to call credit card and refund the payment. Got a response of "not getting emails please respond below whats wrong". Responed again with what had happened to my order. 48 hours later nothing still. I fully believe this is a scam website that others "hundreds" of selections but only has a handful of items and will take as much money for an order as you will give them and then they send a couple random items and then cut off all lines of communication. Fully believe this to be intentional especially after contact is only made after threatening to get my money back.
