By then I knew it was a scam but I played along with them and asked more questions, I asked if I could drive and pick up the puppy and they said, Yes. I said I had friends that lived in Michigan maybe they could come by and pick up the puppy, what was the address, they gave me an address of 139 Park Ave, South Haven, Mi.
I looked up the address and saw it was just a neighborhood home, so I asked them if they had all the puppies on the website at their home, they said they had some but some where at the breeders home. I asked them if the puppy (Cloe) that I was interested on was at their house and they said Yes, so I asked them to please take a picture of the puppy with todays date written on a piece of paper so I would know this wasn't a scam and they really had the puppy. They said they would but they were at work and couldn't, so I said they could do it when they got home, they said they would and send it to me this morning.
This morning I received a picture of a man dressed in a really nice suit next to a full grown doodle, no date just a screen shot of the time (7:34 am) and the word Today. When I wrote back saying that is the wrong dog, they wrote back saying, so sorry for the mistake, I took the picture of the wrong dog.
I them called them out for being a scam and told them I was going to report them.
They also said when I asked why the puppies were so cheap, "that due to Covid-19 it was hard to sale the puppies so they lowed the price.
They are a scam and need to be stopped, someone is going to fall for this crap and lose money.
