Booked a room online on August 14, 2024 for accommodations in Toronto for one night. Rate that was posted for that night was $170.00, which I clicked on, and upon checking the billing 24 hours later, I was charged $208.99. That is an overcharge of $38.99 (plus taxes) and I contacted their customer service for an adjustment. All I got from their numerous replies was a word salad to deny any refund! I gave them every opportunity to make this right and they blatantly denied my claim. I was definitely scammed as they currently continue to offer this accommodation at $170.00. Bait and switch, or whatever you want to call it, to me it was blatant fraud!
