I went to Experian.com to review my free credit report. A few days later I was informed by my bank that Experian charged my account $24.99 without my authorization. I called Experian's customer service line directly. When I told them that they charged me for a service/product I did not sign up for, they hung up on me. They refuse to confirm my account. They refuse to tell me if my account is closed. They refuse to tell me if future charges can be expected.
