This company intentionally imitates a legitimate moving service called Expert Movers (hireexpertmovers.com). It was one of those situations where they somehow manipulated the google search results to appear at the top of the page when this mover was searched for. They will contract you for a move and send people and a truck, however, they are not licensed movers in IL, and they do not render services adequately. The truck is a rental from UHaul. The people are undocumented laborers; one of my movers mentioned he was here on a tourist visa for 3 weeks. They quoted me for 3 hours to move a one bedroom apartment, but ended up taking 9 hours, and I was charged for each additional hour; I believe they were intentionally stretching it out to upcharge me. They also did not move my stuff into the new apartment, but rather left it outside (most of it on the ground level, 2 floors down from my apartment). Also, I had to help them move things, otherwise it wouldn't have gotten done. In the end I am left moving most of the stuff myself.
