I had purchased a 3-month subscription. After the first few weeks, I realized it was not as good as other sites, so I stopped using it. At the end of the 3 months, I received an email that they were trying to charge my card for a renewal. I immediately logged in to ensure the subscription was cancelled and emailed them to notify them to not continue charging my card. They replied that they could offer me a "prorated refund" for 1 month of the renewal (taking the 3-month price and subtracting 1 month). As I had not used their service, and did not intend to use their service, I replied that was unacceptable. They continued to press that this is their policy and threatened to send it to collections if I did not give them updated payment information.

Fake employment agency services. They pretend to have priviledged job leads and they carge for it.

The real problem is with the "Automatic renewal" scheme. They will charge you for renewal without notice and then if you try to cancel and get a refund, they will refuse.

Ask you credit card company for a refund, your credit card company may be on your side, experteeer has just a bad business model and 0 customer service.

The company and service is a scam. They automatically add you to the yearly subscription and charge you for service. To make sure that they do not get in trouble, they are located in Europe and show you jobs in the United States. Their job search service is not doing anything at all.
