A company named Expertrin LLC called my husband on the phone and told him his computer and all his info was being hacked. He says they knew what kind of computer he owned and other personal info. They convinced him and he allowed them onto his computer and agreed to sign up for 5 years of protection for $399. which he paid. All along he thought it was MAC or apple who was calling hi. he did not realize until he signed the agreements that it was a completely unrelated company and that they had scammed him. I calledthem to refund the money the next day but they flatly refuse.
