Received mailing; no return address or real company name. Postal permit 1935.

Letter warned of an expiring car warranty and urgent request to contact them. After verifying with my known vendors that my service contracts and extended warranty were not expiring, I called the toll free number in the mail (877-505-4119).

The person I spoke with had correct information about my vehicle and insisted my warranty had already expired. When I confronted her with the facts and accused her of scamming, she hung up on me.
