My payment to JetBlue did not go through and I called JetBlue and these guys picked up. They acted like a ticketing agent and after I gave them the code and name they found my reservation. They said the reason the upgrade could not be made was that the upgrade fee had changed to a higher price. After arguing with an agent and supervisor, I gave them my CC info and they emailed me to confirm accuracy and approve. After I did this I was concerned because they had said the booking would not show for 4 hrs. They also said the web site information was wrong and not updated. He also said there would be two line items charged to the credit card.

I call JetBlue again, another 3rd party answered and processed the payment at the original upgrade price. As soon as this happened, explorenuttravel called me and said the seats were no longer available. explorenuttravel was obviously trying to charge me for a fee above and beyond the price of the upgrade.
