Express Address Change Reports & Reviews (27)

This website is set up to mimic the USPS website, which gets credit card info to charge 1.05 for moving expenses. Without explaining a charge, my card was charged 40 dollars and no service was provided.

Especially because of the site design, this is extremely unethical.

This company has no contact that works. Phone number does not work, I sadly fell victim of a $39.95 address change scam.

+1

Express Address Change's website is designed to look very similar to USPS's address change page, causing consumer confusion.

I mistakenly signed up to change my address on Express Address Change's site, thinking that I was on the official USPS site. I did not realize this until my address change was processed and I received the email confirmation.

The Express Address Change team does not answer their phones, and the one customer service reply I received noted that I was not able to receive a refund because the address change had been processed.

This company appears to be running its business on the premise of banking on confused consumers not realizing they are not on the USPS site (USPS charges $1 for address changes; Express Address Change charged me $39.95 for the same service plus some unneeded extras).

I did end up getting refunded, but stay away from this company. They are a huge scammer and should be shut down.

- Crofton, MD, USA

I searched "USPS change of address form" and this was highlighted as the first result, so I didn't think twice about it's legitimacy. I filled out my information, but realized it didn't say how much my account was being charged. They charged me $30 and will not answer my calls or emails; the answering machine is a robotic voice, and if you try to speak with a representative, it only prompts you to leave your name and address. They have a 45-day refund policy stated on their "Contact" page, but it is untrue- they will not answer at all.

- Cincinnati, OH, USA

This website pops up first when you search to change your address. It looks just like the USPS Service to change your address and doesn't tell you how much your paying. It charges you 30 dollars for a 1 dollar service that doesn't even get done.
