Per an e-mail for Guarantee Shipping Courier service 5/27 pm-- I was told the crate used needed to be changed to a secure/heated crate at 850.00 for the air transport which would be refunded. (a rental fee) Payment was made am 5/28
Later that day 5/28, I was told that payment was received and they needed the insurance policy for the kitten - I reached out to the breeder Maria she had not taken out a policy.... I then worked with Guarantee Shipping to get the policy at a cost of 1000.00 where they would refund me 910.00 and the 90.00 was their fee. I did the payment 5/28 and heard nothing back .....
This morning 5/29am I received an e-mail form Guarantee Shipping Courier service ( Pets Control Department Denver) my kitten is in Denver and they are now asking for an addition 2100.00 for fees to get the kitten delivered to me in Massachusetts
