I ordered a Laser Printer and got a ring instead I contacted them to get a refund and they are giving me a hard time and don’t want to refund me and ask if I want a partial refund now they won’t return my emails.

I just recieve a call from a man that said he was with 'Express' and that my father was there. I told him 'not likely'... then there was some mumbling to someone in the room with the caller something to the effect of "...what's your name sir?".

Then the caller said, "he says his name is DaDa Ni...(unintelligible)" I repeated the name as and said, "...no... never heard of DaDa Ni..(something)"

Then the caller asked me, "This is XXX, right?" to which I replied, "Yes, this is XXX". Then the caller said, ok thanks and hung up. When I called the number back the was only silence... then I called back again and got a busy signal.

I'm not sure what the scammer's intention is yet, but he has me recorded saying 'Yes'
